“Who Me” find Megan and Pooh talking about their money and wealth they earned on their own, along with their partners and what their expectations are for them. The track also finds Megan and Pooh somehow playing into the roles of them both being partners when going into each other’s verses (“He say he gon' pop a Perc' and fuck me 'til my knees weak/'Fore I pop mine, I'ma give you one too, show me you a real freak”). Lyrics that play along into the theme include “If I don't cum three times back to back, then I can't sleep”, “Can't blow a hundred K in one day, he ain't for me” and “Bitch, I got my own money, beg who?” The track also references the 2020 shooting between Megan and Tory, which the lyric “I feel like Biggie, who shot you?/But everybody know who shot me, bitch” in which Megan compares herself to the rapper The Notorious B.I.G., who was killed in a drive-by shooting.
